Instructions.Prepare 500ml of plant milk. From that, take 5
tablespoons and put in another small bowl. In the small bowl, add the
pudding powder + 4 tablespoons of sugar (so in the small bowl you now
have 5T of plant milk, 1 sachet of powder and 4T of sugar). Whisk well.
In the meantime, bring the balance of the milk to the boil (must boil,
not just hot - if it doesn't boil, the final mixture will *not*
thicken). As it starts to boil, mix in the contents of the small bowl.
Mix quickly and well and immediately remove the pot from the heat and
stir for a minute or so. Switch the stove off - you don't need it
anymore. The mixture should now be thick and you can decant into a
separate container or smaller containers - put them into the fridge
until they are cool - and then enjoy :)
