These amazing Soya steaks are made only from De-fatted Soya flour. They are a bit like Soya seitan. You get approximately 10 steaks per bag. They are not a chilled product, so you could use 1 at a time (2 year shelf life). Each one swells to up to 3 times the size when prepared as below:
Instructions: Soak the soya steak in vegetable broth for about 15 minutes. Squeeze out the excess liquid and then cook like "meat".
